Pisco is a culinary adventure started in 2019, by Damiano, Rosalba and Sergio, with a strong desire to provide real food and a good time, when we founded a tiny restaurant space nestled in Vila do bispo, SW Portugal.
Focused on local and seasonal food our menu offers long fermented pizza made with traditional portuguese flours and a creative plantbased cuisine inspired by the farmers we work with.
In the same spirit of discovery we, Damiano and Rosalba, take immense joy in personally scouting natural wines while traveling from the north to the south of Portugal exploring the landscape. Our wine menu is a testament of small, independent wineries, telling stories of land preservation, tradition and authenticity!
What we do is guided by basic principles, simple high quality ingredients, respect for people and the planet. Keep in mind that simple ingredients can be transformed into complex flavours and join us in celebrating the beauty of the small!
